• "User" means any individual or entity using the Service

• "Free Tier" means the basic service level available without payment
• "Payment Processor" refers to Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions and subscriptions on InkWritten.

Agreement to Terms

• By accessing or using InkWritten, you agree to these Terms
• If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service
• These Terms apply to all users, including those with free accounts
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time

Account Registration

• Premium tier: Unlimited conversions
• Maximum file size: 10MB per document
• Supported file formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT

Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime
• Maintenance windows will be announced in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
• Service may be temporarily unavailable for updates

User Content

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant us license to process your content
• You are responsible for content legality
• We may remove content that violates these Terms
• Content is stored securely and encrypted

Intellectual Property

• InkWritten owns all service-related IP
• Handwriting styles are licensed for personal use
• You may not copy or modify our software
• You may not use our trademarks without permission
• Feedback may be used to improve our services

Data Collection

• We collect necessary account information
• Usage data helps improve our services
• Payment information is processed securely
